Returns & Exchanges

Please read all instructions carefully. As stated in the product instructions included with your order, please try on the ChestSavers product as soon as possible. Adjust straps as necessary and lie on your side to insure proper fit and chest coverage. Please confirm that the size, comfort, and breast separation is satisfactory and that the product is successful in flattening and smoothing the chest area prior to overnight anti-wrinkle use.

At ChestSavers our goal is to ensure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase an exchange or refund can be granted upon the return of the item(s) to our return/exchange facility within 30 days of order delivery (subject to the rules and policies set forth below) at which time we will gladly exchange the item(s) or issue a refund. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Due to the nature of our products (i.e. lingerie) all returns and exchanges must be in new and unused condition. Returned item(s) must include any and all accessories if applicable. Although our feedback and re-orders confirm that our products are effective for most women, we do understand that not every product works for every woman due to various factors. We will not accept return of any items that are blemished with wear, makeup, oils, lotions, deodorant, hair, pet hair, etc.

All returned and exchanged items must be in new condition and must include all tags, instructions, and accessories.

We will not accept returns of:

1. Soiled or blemished items.

2. Items returned after the 30 day return period.

3. Items without an RMA.


Rules & Policies

No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Please click on the link below to request an RMA or contact our customer service department for the pertinent return/exchange information as well as a non postage paid return label. The address on your invoice is not a return/exchange address. We do not pay return postage. An RMA cannot be requested by phone.

ChestSavers reserves the right to refuse any late returned items.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method and account of the original purchase transaction.

We suggest returning items with a tracking number and/or insurance.
