At ChestSavers our goal is to make sure that you are satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase an exchange or refund can be granted upon the return of the item(s) to our return/exchange facility within 14 days of order delivery. Orders returned within the 14 day period are eligible for a refund or exchange. An RMA can be requested via our contact page.
Please read all instructions carefully. As stated in the product instructions included with your order, please try on the product as soon as possible. Adjust straps as necessary and lie on your side to insure proper fit and coverage. Please confirm that the size, comfort and breast separation is satisfactory and that the product is successful in flattening and smoothing the chest area prior to overnight use.
Due to the nature of our products (i.e. lingerie) all returns and exchanges must be in new and clean condition. Although our feedback and re-orders confirm that our products are effective for most women, we do understand that not every product works for every woman due to various factors. We will not accept returns of any items that are blemished with wear, makeup, oils, lotions, deodorant. hair, pet hair, etc.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA. Please click on the link below to request and RMA or contact our customer service department for the pertinent return/exchange information. The address on your invoice is not a return/exchange address.

Refunds will be issued to the payment method and account of the original purchase transaction.
We suggest returning items with a tracking number and/or insurance.
